Job Description


  • To follow customers’ instruction for the receiving and/or release of containers, input into and update the QDMS system container status and collect charges recoverable from shipper/consignee, report inventory status in a timely manner to the agreed criteria.
  • Accurate input of containers for return/collection, inform Operations Supervisor/Forklift Operator container/s to be released to collecting hauliers, correct input of charges into the QDMS or designated system, keep proper cash collection and record to submit to Depot Manager or Finance Department on daily basis
  • Perform any other duties as and when required by superior or head of department.


  • Minimum 5 years in customer service in a container depot or shipping.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM
  • Proactive with strong interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently with multitasking abilities and able to take work pressure
  • Able to work in PKFZ
  • Able to work for 6 working days
