Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

• Visitors are eligible to receive one lucky draw ticket upon successful registration.
• Participants are limited to a single entry.
• An entry is only eligible after 3 hours from the visitor’s registration.
• Lucky draw tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis during check-in on March 2nd and 3rd, 2024.

Exclusions:

• Employees of Talentbank Group and those involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Talentbank Career Fair, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Responsibility and Liability:

• Talentbank Group will not be held liable for any loss or damage to lucky draw tickets or any related damages suffered by ticket holders.
• If a ticket is found to be damaged, it will be considered invalid and will not be replaced.
• Talentbank Group reserves the right to exclude any individual from participating without notice.
• Talentbank Group will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Prizes:

• Prizes are non-redeemable for cash and non-exchangeable for other items.
• The winner consents to the use of their name, image, voice, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation upon acceptance of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Agreements and Disclaimers:

• By entering the lucky draw or accepting a prize, participants agree to release Talentbank Group, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents from any claims or losses arising from the contest or acceptance of a prize, including personal injury, death, and property damage.
• Talentbank Group reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Talentbank Group holds the right to make the final decision under any circumstances.
